Required Education/Experience and Key Skills:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Diploma/Level 4 from a vocational-technical school, or other related fields of study.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities (as appropriate) is an advantage.
- Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
Required Differentiating Competencies:
- Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of SHE policies, statutory requirements, and responsibilities.
