Junior Sales

About the Job: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Officer with at least 1 year of experience to join our sales team. The role involves assisting in generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales strategy of the company. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Assist in promoting company products and services to clients.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on client inquiries and resolve minor issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
