Job Summary
Provide legal support to ensure organizational compliance, manage legal risks, and advise on business-related legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Provide legal advice on business operations and regulatory compliance
- Handle litigation matters and liaise with external counsel
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Support corporate governance, policy development, and risk management
- Prepare legal reports and represent the organization when required
Requirements
- LLB Degree (LLM preferred)
- Minimum 4 years relevant legal experience
- At least 1 year of experience at Job Grade 7 or equivalent
- Performance rating of 3 or above
- Strong knowledge of business and commercial law
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
