Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lift Technician Coordinator to support daily technical operations and ensure smooth coordination of maintenance and service activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting junior technical staff and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support junior technical staff in daily operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely issue resolution
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and service documentation
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments when needed
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and technical resources
- Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and operational improvements
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant technical or operational experience
- Experience in lift/elevator systems is highly preferred
- Experience in logistics operations, machinery maintenance, or industrial equipment is also acceptable
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage tasks independently and support junior staff
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and leadership skills
