Lift Technician Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lift Technician Coordinator to support daily technical operations and ensure smooth coordination of maintenance and service activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting junior technical staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support junior technical staff in daily operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely issue resolution
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and service documentation
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments when needed
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and technical resources
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and operational improvements
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–4 years of relevant technical or operational experience
• Experience in lift/elevator systems is highly preferred
• Experience in logistics operations, machinery maintenance, or industrial equipment is also acceptable
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage tasks independently and support junior staff
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and leadership skills
