Job Summary
The purpose of the position is to support the procurement team in clerical duties and to gain experience in relation to key aspects of NGO/humanitarian logistics.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Procurement Responsibilities
- Data entry support for both procurement and transport departments.
- Filing support for both procurement and transport departments.
- Assisting with SR tracking.
- Support in scanning of purchase archives for all procurements.
- Support other procurement officers when needed.
Additional Duties
Perform other duties assigned by the line manager for the accomplishment of procurement objectives.

- Ensure that all gender-sensitive policies and procedures are fully adhered to during recruitment processes.

- Actively promotes meaningful community participation and consultation at all stages of the project cycle (planning, implementation, M&E).
- Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that the Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) is functional and accessible, that feedback and complaints are welcomed and addressed.
- Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that information about CRM, safeguarding, and expected staff behavior is disseminated among programs.
Qualification
- College diploma in accounting, supply chain management, or related field of studies.
- Intern level.
- Competent computer user and experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
