Job Summary

Lead, establish and oversee the execution of maintenance strategy, standardization of maintenance practices by developing procedures and work instructions and ensuring machine availability and reliability, maintenance and sustenance of basic condition of assets and the achievement of healthy operational process through efficient practice in an industrial equipment park and well-equipped brewery landscape.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, organize, staff & control department’s overall activities
  • Coach, mentor, & develop employees through periodic performance evaluations & ongoing performance dialogue and feedback
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
  • Lead the industrial maintenance strategy implementation
  • Contribute on the industrial maintenance strategy development for the improved preventive and predictive maintenance interventions to reduce as much as possible the curative and palliative maintenance
  • Execute the tools of maintenance planning and follow up process for integrated teams’ support on the field
  • Monitor the maintenance process in order to ensure the process and the product quality standards are met
  • Contribute for the establishment of improved procurement strategy through the application of advanced CMMS tools and realize an optimum maintenance
  • Participate in setting high level KPI’s of the group to ensure continuous improvement and in the enforcement of safety standards on the production line.
  • Provide development support to the team for the achievement of continual improvement plan and tools development
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

  • Troubleshooting, problem solving and diagnostics competency
  • Calibration, adjustment and/or modification of equipment and tools
  • Production machine operation and control
  • Resource planning and maintenance cost management
  • Excellent knowledge of electro mechanics equipment maintenance.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced computer skill
  • Advanced English writing/reading/listening/speaking.

Education

  • The position requires a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electricity or Electronic Engineering or related fields

Experience

  • 8 years proven experience leading factory technical and engineering/maintenance function in an FMCG industry setting Advanced

Language

  • English
