Manager

Major Responsibilities

• Be readily available to deal with a problem or a complaint.
• Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate increased communication and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal revenue while maintaining high levels of guests’ expectations.
• Contribute an energetic and positive attitude to the hotel atmosphere.
• Ensure that the PM shift staff are carrying out their allocated duties.
• Ensure that all restaurants, offices, and business areas are properly secured after closing.
• Check all public areas to ensure they have been cleaned and serviced correctly.

Qualification Requirement

• BA Degree in Hotel Management or related field of studies.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience.
• Commitment to professional and company core values.
• Capability to develop/coach team effectively.
• Proven skill in guest engagement.
• Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.
