Major Responsibilities
- Be readily available to deal with a problem or a complaint.
- Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate increased communication and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal revenue while maintaining high levels of guests’ expectations.
- Contribute an energetic and positive attitude to the hotel atmosphere.
- Ensure that the PM shift staff are carrying out their allocated duties.
- Ensure that all restaurants, offices, and business areas are properly secured after closing.
- Check all public areas to ensure they have been cleaned and serviced correctly.
Qualification Requirement
- BA Degree in Hotel Management or related field of studies.
- Minimum of 4 years related experience.
- Commitment to professional and company core values.
- Capability to develop/coach team effectively.
- Proven skill in guest engagement.
- Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.
