The company was officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. Kegna Beverages was officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center, attended by various stakeholders.

Role Description
The POM and Asset Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of the brand’s point of purchase and end-to-end management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the ordering, delivering, and distribution of promotional materials.
- Maintain POS materials and arrange physical space for sales territories.
- Establish a system for effective Commercial Asset management.
- Plan and monitor the repair and maintenance of POSM equipment.
- Develop and update POS item identification and tracking procedures.
- Work closely with responsible units for timely procurement of marketing materials.
- Develop a mechanism for the distribution of Point of Sales and giveaways.
- Handle documentation and keep track of stock reports.
- Perform other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education
- MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management/Sales Management or related fields.
Experience
6-8 years of experience in sales management in the Beverage Industry.
