About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator to handle our content, social media, sales, and customer management. This role is ideal for a multitasker who can create compelling campaigns while managing sales pipelines and class coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing content and manage social media.
- Identify and engage potential students through targeted outreach.
- Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries.
- Resolve issues, provide program details, and ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up with potential students to drive conversions.
- Organize class schedules, enrollments, and student records.
- Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.).
- Familiarity with graphics design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or other tools).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
