Marketing And Customer Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator to handle our content, social media, sales, and customer management. This role is ideal for a multitasker who can create compelling campaigns while managing sales pipelines and class coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging marketing content and manage social media.
• Identify and engage potential students through targeted outreach.
• Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries.
• Resolve issues, provide program details, and ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with potential students to drive conversions.
• Organize class schedules, enrollments, and student records.
• Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.).
• Familiarity with graphics design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or other tools).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
