About the Job
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting services, engaging with clients over the phone, and supporting marketing and sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote company products/services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/marketing targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (marketing, sales, or call center roles)
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in call center or phone-based roles is highly preferred
- Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented
- Active listener with strong persuasion skills
