On behalf of our client, Our Recruitment Department is looking for candidates for the marketing supervisor position with the following requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales activities.
- Set clear sales targets, assign KPIs, and regularly monitor team performance to achieve company goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including finding and onboarding new shops/outlets to expand product distribution.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance and productivity.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend strategies for increasing market share.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong record of achievements and high performance in meeting targets.
- Experience in FMCG or medical/healthcare products is highly preferable.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
