Job Description
- Responsible for managing HR operations and supporting organizational growth strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
- Support training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Work closely with management to align workforce planning with business goals.
- Ensure a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Qualification
- Requirements: Proven experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of organizational growth strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar HR role or setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems is an advantage.
