Qualification Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, Infrastructure & Technology Management, Civil & Environmental Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination and documentation control
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation, drawings, and project reports accurately
- Strong coordination skills to facilitate communication between site teams and office management
- Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to senior engineers or project managers is an advantage
- Familiarity with engineering software and project management tools is preferred
