Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong background of providing technical solutions, designing system architectures, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements. The role bridges technical expertise with customer engagement to drive successful sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements, technical specifications and Prepare RFPs, RFQs, Solution Design (translating them into technical solutions) & Proposal Development.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and present solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, diagrams, and detailed BoQs (Bills of Quantities).
  • Work closely with sales, technical, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Support post-sales activities when needed, such as handovers to implementation teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and communicate to change it into solutions.
  • Validate and ensure proposed designs meet performance, scalability, meet client needs and compliance standards.
  • Support sales in closing deals by providing expert-level technical insights.
  • Prepare presentations for customer engagements and internal training.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, electrical and computer engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with system integration, enterprise solutions, and IT infrastructure projects.
  • 1-3 years of experience related to this positions.
  • Certifications (preferred): HCIA/HCIP, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet etc..
  • Prior experience in a pre-sale technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions, including but not limited to networking, cloud, computing, and security.
  • Knowledge of competitor products and the overall ICT market landscape and contemporary ICT market demands and cooresponding solutions.
  • Better in designing and deploying ICT solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, BOQ preparation, and proposal writing.
