Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential new vendors and sources of metal scraps
• Visit scrap yards, factories, and construction/demolition sites to assess scrap availability
• Collect and verify scrap material details (type, quality, quantity)
• Coordinate with logistics for timely pickup slips and suppliers
• Assist with documentation, weighbridge slips, and supplier’s payment follow-up
• Stay informed about market trends and price fluctuations

Qualification

• Educational qualification: 12 or 10+3 graduate
• Work experience: Minimum one or two years
• Technical skills: Knowledge of scraps
• Additional key deliverables: Knowledge about re-bar types
