We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to join us at Lersha.

As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and evolving Lersha's digital products, ensuring they deliver real value to:

  • Farmers
  • Field agents
  • Partners
  • Internal teams

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining product vision
  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements
  • Coordinating across teams
  • Delivering user-friendly, impactful solutions

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver with a passion for building products that address real-world challenges. You combine empathy for users with data-driven decision-making, and you have experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond.

Scope of This Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Lersha's digital products (mobile apps, agent tools, partner portals, dashboards)
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications based on business needs, stakeholder feedback, and user research.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate product ideas into actionable development tasks.
  • Conduct product testing, usability analysis, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations and field teams to ensure smooth product rollout and support.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., field agents, call center, partners).
  • Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles using agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate user training sessions and develop materials to support product onboarding and adoption.
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop with users to guide product improvements and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Agriculture Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech, agriculture, or social enterprise sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital product lifecycles, especially mobile and web-based platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in user research, data analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment with limited resources.
