Receptionist (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and professional female receptionist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English
• A friendly, energetic, and active personality
• Experience in a health center or healthcare environment (strong advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a welcome and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain front desk operations
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, etc.)
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
• Support administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Prior experience in a health center or healthcare setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)
• Active, reliable, and punctual
