Job Summary
Coordinate, organize and supervise the day-to-day, shift or day time, production processes from brewing, fermentation, filtration up to quality & delivery, availability of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) to efficiently, safely and effectively produce products as per BGI quality standard and expected performance of machineries by accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results
