Reception

About the Role:

Boston Partners PLC is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth communication and administrative support within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain an updated contact list of employees, clients, and vendors.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the office.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers regarding company services and policies

Qualifications

• BA Degree in: Hotel Management
• Residents of Bole, Megenagna, Saris and nearby area
• No prior work experience required (0-year experience).
• Willingness to learn, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Compensation and Duration

• Salary: Negotiable
