Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing courteous, organized, and efficient front-desk services. The role is essential to patient satisfaction, clinic flow, and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Register patients and manage appointments and schedules
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and basic patient information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate patient flow between reception, nursing, and clinicians
- Manage payments, receipts, and basic billing documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in social work, office administration, accounting, or any related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
