Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, managing communication channels, and supporting daily administrative activities. The role ensures smooth front-office operations while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and high standards of customer service.
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Secretarial Science, Clerical Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information when required.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
