We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and highly persuasive Female Receptionist & Sales Consultant to join a premier Real Estate firm. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the company, managing the front desk while simultaneously driving property sales through lead generation and client follow-ups. This role is perfect for a professional who excels at first impressions and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet walk-in clients with a professional demeanor and provide detailed information about available real estate projects.
- Sales & Conversions: Convert inquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins) into property viewings and closed sales.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain an organized database of potential buyers and conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads.
- Property Presentation: Assist the sales team in preparing brochures, price lists, and scheduling site visits for prospective buyers.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, sort mail, and ensure the reception area reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the Addis Ababa real estate market to effectively answer client questions regarding ROI and location benefits.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Gender: Female (Client requirement).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Sales, Front Desk, or Customer Service (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English.
