Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the bank. This position requires an organized and customer-focused individual who will provide a welcoming environment, direct visitors, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth flow of operations at the bank’s entrance.
Education:
- A minimum of a BA Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Management / Public Administration / Hotel and Tourism Management or related field of study
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, previously in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a financial institution
