Job Title: Sales & Marketing (Female)

Location: Bole / Brass area

Position Summary: We are looking for a female Sales & Marketing Officer to work on behalf of our client, driving sales of construction and finishing materials. The role involves managing both office-based and field sales activities, supervising a team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our client in construction and finishing material sales
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets
• Manage and supervise a sales team of 10 employees
• Handle inside office sales and outside field sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in construction and finishing materials sales
• Experience in team management and sales operations
• IT skills required (MS Office, basic reporting tools)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

•  Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 ETB net
• Commission: Based on sales performance
