Job Title: Sales & Marketing (Female)
Location: Bole / Brass area
Position Summary: We are looking for a female Sales & Marketing Officer to work on behalf of our client, driving sales of construction and finishing materials. The role involves managing both office-based and field sales activities, supervising a team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our client in construction and finishing material sales
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Manage and supervise a sales team of 10 employees
- Handle inside office sales and outside field sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in construction and finishing materials sales
- Experience in team management and sales operations
- IT skills required (MS Office, basic reporting tools)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
- Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 ETB net
- Commission: Based on sales performance
