Sales & Reception Officer at Violet General Business PLC

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence effectively.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining customer records and preparing sales documentation.
  • Process sales orders and follow up with clients for payments and deliveries.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception and office environment.
  • Assist with administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 0 years for BA holders or 2 years for Diploma holders.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of accounting and sales software.
    • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
