Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence effectively.
- Support the sales team by maintaining customer records and preparing sales documentation.
- Process sales orders and follow up with clients for payments and deliveries.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception and office environment.
- Assist with administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 0 years for BA holders or 2 years for Diploma holders.

- Knowledge of accounting and sales software.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
