Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met or exceeded weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, presenting software and hardware solutions to diverse clients.
- Create detailed business and technical proposals aligned with RFP/ToR requirements.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with international vendors to secure advantageous deals.
- Proactively generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of bid documents, ensuring compliance with Ethiopian public procurement regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to foster long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Who You Are
- Results-driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (not necessarily with prior experience in law).
- Zero experience but experience in sales or passionate about transitioning into a sales-focused role
- Proven ability or strong motivation to engage in pre-sales, client requirement analysis, product presentations, and strategic proposal preparation.
- Skilled communicator, able to simplify complex business and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding or interest in Ethiopian procurement laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of securing favorable agreements with international vendors.
- Proficient in digital tools, software, and applications essential for sales and business operations.
