Micro Pharma PLC is a pharmaceutical importing company dedicated to supplying high-quality medical products to the market. We are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
We are looking for four competent Sales Officers with a strong pharmacy educational and professional background and experience in import-related business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders and client requests
- Coordinate with import and logistics teams to ensure product availability
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or import business
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the local market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office
