Job Summary: The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting mobile phone products, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned market areas. The role focuses on market expansion, competitor analysis, and achieving sales targets through active engagement with retailers and customers.

Sales & Market Development

• Promote mobile phone products to increase market visibility and sales.
• Develop new markets and expand the customer base.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Market Monitoring & Reporting

• Collect, summarize, and report data from retailers and wholesalers.
• Monitor product availability across retail stores.
• Track and analyze competitors’ activities and report findings.

Customer Engagement & Team Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with customers and retailers.
• Collaborate with team members on sales promotion activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of high school education or TVET.
• Strong interest in the mobile phone industry.
• Excellent sales and customer service orientation.
