SAP Interface Analyst

Job Summary:

The SAP Interface Analyst is responsible to ensure that all inbound and outbound SAP interfaces run reliably, with timely detection and resolution of failures. The role holder is also responsible to ensure seamless data exchange through APIs and file-based interfaces, maintains data consistency across systems, and proactively resolves interface issues to minimize business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain SAP inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Ensure seamless data exchange through APIs and file-based integrations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve interface failures in a timely manner.
• Maintain data consistency across integrated systems and platforms.
• Support system integration testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure stable interface operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, interface logs, and incident reports.
• Provide proactive support to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or any other equivalent field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Understanding of file-based integrations and data exchange mechanisms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain system reliability and interface performance.
• Experience in monitoring and resolving integration issues.
