Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the office.
- Supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Manage incident response procedures, including investigation and reporting of security breaches.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices and emergency response.
- Facilitate security awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety.
- Monitor security systems and technology to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present security reports to management, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualification:
- Diploma (10+2) in Management, Business Administration, or Grade 12 completed.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant security experience, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good communication and reporting ability.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and reporting.
- Knowledge of fire safety and occupational safety procedures.
- High level of integrity and discipline.
