Senior Accountant (Female)

About the Job:

Anmol Products Ethiopia PLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations and company policies. The role requires a proactive professional capable of supporting financial decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations and company policies
• Handle tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions effectively
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making
• Strengthen and maintain internal financial controls

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Female applicants only

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
