Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Communications/Public Relations/Journalism and related fields
  • Minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience
  • Professional Training on Marketing Management (added advantage)

Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, and directing events, communication, and corporate social responsibility activities of the Bank
  • Studying and carrying out public relation tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the Bank
  • Preparing and releasing various newsworthy information regarding the Bank’s services upon approval from the supervisor
  • Building the corporate image to maintain a reputation of quality service and promote trust
  • Coordinating press conferences and public interviews
  • Handling unfavorable news, reports, rumors, stories, and events against the Bank
