Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Communications/Public Relations/Journalism and related fields
- Minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience
- Professional Training on Marketing Management (added advantage)
Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and directing events, communication, and corporate social responsibility activities of the Bank
- Studying and carrying out public relation tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the Bank
- Preparing and releasing various newsworthy information regarding the Bank’s services upon approval from the supervisor
- Building the corporate image to maintain a reputation of quality service and promote trust
- Coordinating press conferences and public interviews
- Handling unfavorable news, reports, rumors, stories, and events against the Bank
