Senior Graphic Designer And Web Administrator

Job Objective:

To develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads or sales. It also aims at ensuring the development of high-quality visuals, marketing materials, UX/UI, and digital assets and also the effective management social media and website functionality and performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, conduct A/B testing, and integrate marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
• Create compelling visuals for digital (website, social media, email campaigns) and print materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), implement UX/UI improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure site security and performance.
• Oversee integration of CRM, email marketing, analytics, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and implement innovative design trends to enhance campaign performance.
• Visualizes instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
• Provides exercises and activities that enhance the content quality.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
• Acts as Quality Control for Content.
• Writes content provided by SME and WBT instructional designers with technical clarity and concision.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• Handle the UX/UI tasks of the digital marketing unit.
• Provides expert advice and guidance during the concept design and development stage and ensure client expectations are clearly understood and are accurately reflected.
• Conducts research and create prototypes of Web portals and social media platforms.
• Creates interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as 3D Studio Max, and simulation tools, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and other authoring tools.
• Identifies opportunities for extending the utilization of digital marketing tools including AI tools.
• Provide subject matter expertise, advice and guidance for cases/inquiries that the work requires.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualificaiton

• MSC/BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Fine Arts and Design or other related fields.
• Minimum of 6/8 years’ experience, of which 5 years in the area of Graphic Design. Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
