Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the garment industry.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of skilled staff across production, administration, and sales.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Implement performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and career development plans.
- Develop and monitor compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement training & development programs for staff.
- Lead HR reporting, workforce planning, and budgeting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/managerial role.
- Experience in the garment, textile, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
