Educational Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring candidates across various job functions and organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Coordinate job postings, interview schedules, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities comply with organizational policies and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports, analyze hiring metrics, and recommend process improvements.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, talent pipelines, and employment laws.
