Sr./research Associate

Job Summary

Greenpact Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting field research operations, managing and analyzing data. This role requires strong field operations and research skills, hands-on experience with digital data collection tools, and a passion for working with rural communities to generate impactful insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BSc or MSc in Agricultural economics, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in high-frequency quality control checks.

• Proficiency with programming of digital survey tools (SurveyCTO preferred).

• Strong data management and statistical analysis skills (Stata, R, and Python).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work: From Office (Gurd Shola office)

Employment Type: contract for 3 months with possible extension based on performance
