Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and supervising surveying activities, ensuring accuracy in survey data, and supporting project planning and execution through technical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment and techniques.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports.
• Supervise and guide junior surveyors and field staff.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on project requirements and execution.
• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations to support project planning and development.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved survey plans and specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a senior-level role.
• Proficiency in surveying tools and software, including Total Station, GPS, GIS software, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with local land regulations, surveying standards, and compliance requirements.
