Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media channels, develop content strategies, and ensure optimal performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO). Responsibilities include creating engaging posts, planning campaigns, monitoring analytics, and maintaining consistent communication with the audience to enhance the company's online presence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and creating compelling digital content
- Exceptional Communication and Writing skills to connect with diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and platform updates
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in managing social media accounts for organizations or brands is a plus
