Smilepay Global is building the future of cross-border payments — connecting the African diaspora abroad to the African continent through fast, affordable, and secure transfers.
We’ve already launched in Ethiopia, enabling users in the USA to send money directly to 29 banks in Ethiopia, and we are now expanding across multiple African countries. Alongside remittances, we are introducing:
- Airtime top-ups
- Cross-border utility bill payments
- A new type of payment system designed to make it easier and faster for people abroad to support friends and family back home.
Our technology is built for high-volume, mission-critical transactions, powered by modern fintech architecture and the highest standards of security and reliability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Smilepay’s social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow communities
- Run paid and targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for performance
Experience:
- 2–3 years managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or organization
- Mandatory hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn).
- Experience using analytics and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
