Spare Parts Sales Officer

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with strong technical knowledge.
• Additional training in sales, customer relationship management, or spare parts management is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in spare parts sales, machinery sales, technical procurement, or related technical sales environments.
• Experience working with automotive, industrial machinery, construction equipment, or manufacturing spare parts is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer handling, quotation preparation, and sales target achievement is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell spare parts and technical products to customers and clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable spare parts and technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities.
• Provide technical information and after-sales support to customers when required.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to improve sales performance.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and support management with sales analysis.
