Key Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the overall activities of the organization.
  • Designs and implements policies and strategies to make the organization profitable.
  • Works to plan, organize, direct, and control the organization's human resources to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Makes the LMS platform work productively.
  • Conducts recruitment, training, and hiring of new employees.
  • Monitors whether each task and sub-task is running properly and achieving the intended goal.
  • Monitors all work processes and prepares reports.
  • Monitors the performance of each employee.
  • Ensures that the organization's finance, marketing, and other functions are carried out.
  • Ensures that finance and accounting work is ongoing, either by oneself or with the relevant professional.
  • Handles budgeting and cost reduction.
  • Develops policies and implements them.
  • Helps employees develop their work capacity and culture.
  • Monitors to ensure that all financial activities are running as intended.
  • Ensures that the organization’s agricultural taxes are paid on time.
  • Prepares financial reports on time.
