Key Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the overall activities of the organization.
- Designs and implements policies and strategies to make the organization profitable.
- Works to plan, organize, direct, and control the organization's human resources to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Makes the LMS platform work productively.
- Conducts recruitment, training, and hiring of new employees.
- Monitors whether each task and sub-task is running properly and achieving the intended goal.
- Monitors all work processes and prepares reports.
- Monitors the performance of each employee.
- Ensures that the organization's finance, marketing, and other functions are carried out.
- Ensures that finance and accounting work is ongoing, either by oneself or with the relevant professional.
- Handles budgeting and cost reduction.
- Develops policies and implements them.
- Helps employees develop their work capacity and culture.
- Monitors to ensure that all financial activities are running as intended.
- Ensures that the organization’s agricultural taxes are paid on time.
- Prepares financial reports on time.
