GeezJobs is looking for a confident and engaging TikTok Host / Career Content Presenter to support and guide job seekers through TikTok Live sessions and video content.

The role focuses on helping job seekers understand how to apply for jobs, prepare professional CVs, improve interview skills, and stay updated with open opportunities. The candidate will also engage with employers and audiences through interactive and educational live sessions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, strong audience engagement ability, and knowledge of recruitment, HR, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Host TikTok Live sessions and career-related video content

Guide job seekers on:

• How to apply for jobs
• CV and cover letter preparation
• Interview preparation and communication
• Career direction and workplace readiness
• Understanding open job opportunities

• Engage audiences professionally during live sessions
• Answer questions from job seekers and employers
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer engagement activities
• Work closely with the GeezJobs recruitment and marketing team

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong audience engagement and interpersonal skills
• Confident and camera-friendly personality
• Good knowledge of TikTok and digital platforms
• Sales and persuasion skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, customer engagement, hosting, or content creation is preferred
• Ability to communicate in Amharic and English
• Creative, Active, professional attitude & Presentable

Working Schedule

• Part-Time Position
• 3–4 Days per Week
• 3–4 Hours per Day
