On behalf of our client, we are looking for professional and customer-focused waiters/waitresses to join an international Italian restaurant. Candidates must have good English communication skills, be Clean and have a strong service attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks according to restaurant standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
Junior Waiter / Waitress
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean, well-groomed, and polite
- Experience is highly preferable but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
Senior Waiter / Waitress
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
- Strong customer service and menu knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally and support junior staff
