About the Job
Armor General Metal Works is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant with a background in the manufacturing sector to support its financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping practices
- Handle cost accounting related to manufacturing processes and production activities
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and periodic statements
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production costs
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Assist in audits and financial reviews
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for cost control and reporting
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in manufacturing sector is mandatory
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and production-related financial processes
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
