Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing reports, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures.
The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build experience in accounting and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
- Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Support bank reconciliation and cash balance monitoring.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audit activities when required.
- Perform other related finance duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage tasks within deadlines.
