Purpose of the Role:
- Accountable for achieving regional sales targets and supporting national goals through effective RTM strategies.
- Leads sales and distribution programs to ensure market coverage, brand availability, and compliance.
- Manages and develops the regional team, optimizes resources, and provides market insights Oversee route planning, trade marketing, and wholesaler activation for efficient redistribution and growth.
- Ensures strict adherence to company policies and legal requirements while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence across diverse markets

Travel: Frequent travel required across assigned regions
Reports to: Sales Director
Direct Reports: 12–20 (including WDS and TMS
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Distribution: Develop and execute regional sales plans, optimize routes, and ensure market coverage.
- Team Leadership& performance management: Manage and coach WDS, TMS, and indirect reports; foster a high-performance culture.
- Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor market trends, analyze data, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Operational Excellence Reporting: Oversee reporting, cycle plan execution, and KPI achievement.
- Budget & Resource utilization: Control regional budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with wholesalers, customers, and local authorities.
- People Development & Succession Planning: Drive recruitment, training, and succession planning for the regional team.
- Policy Adherence & Asset Management: Ensure compliance with labor agreements, internal policies, and safety standards. Oversee proper use and handling of all company assets in the region.
- Other Duties: Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and as requested by the Sales Director.
- Direct Reports: 12–20 (including WDS and TMS)Impact Areas: Sales volume, market share growth, distribution, team development.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical ability, proficient in English and MS Office.
