Job Summary

The purpose is to assess compliance, efficiency, and alignment with best practices across finance, legal, HR, operations, and governance, and to recommend improvements that strengthen organizational performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities 

• Policy & Governance Review: Assess availability, adequacy, and compliance of policies, manuals, SOPs, and governance structures.
• Financial Management: Review accounting systems, reporting standards, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Legal & Compliance: Examine contracts, licenses, registrations, and legal risk exposure.
• Human Resources: Review HR policies, recruitment, contracts, performance management, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Operations & Processes: Evaluate supply chain efficiency, fleet/logistics, procurement, and operational SOPs.
• Risk & Internal Control Framework: Identify control gaps, fraud risks, and areas for process strengthening.
• Recommendations Report: Deliver actionable recommendations, prioritized by urgency and impact.

Expected Deliverables

• Inception note with audit plan and methodology.
• Draft audit findings with risk rating.
• Final report with recommendations and roadmap for implementation.
• Presentation of findings to senior management and design solutions.
