Job Summary:
The Branch Manager-II is responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving business objectives. The role includes leading the branch team, driving sales and customer service excellence, and maintaining financial performance in line with company policies and strategic goals.
Job Requirement:
Qualification:
- BA/BSc/MA/MSc Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience for first degree holders and 4 years for master’s degree holders
- At least 4 years’ experience for BA degree holders and 2 years for master’s degree holders in a senior/principal role or as Branch Manager-I in an insurance company
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of insurance operations, sales, and customer service management
