Job Summary:
The Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day banking operations. The role involves assisting customers, promoting banking products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support branch performance and growth.
Job Requirement:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting, or related field
- Diploma or Level IV in a related field is acceptable
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience for Diploma or Level IV holders
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good sales and marketing abilities
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets
