Job Summary
Kibur College is a member school of Association of african business schools/ AABS and seeking a qualified and passionate Business Management/administration Instructor to join our academic team.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate business courses in areas such as Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Administration.
- Prepare course materials, assessments, and support student learning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic excellence.
- Support and manage Kibur College’s Entrepreneurship Hub/Center.Engage in mentorship, research, and institutional development activities.
Qualifications
- MBA, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related fields only!
- Prior teaching or industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and academic growth.
